Here are the latest development versions of espeak and espeakedit.

Note: Version 1.42.20 (and later) includes changes to the format of phoneme data files (espeak-data/phontab,phonindex,phondata) and also the phoneme source files (phsource/phonemes, phsource/ph_english, etc. in the espeakedit package). The Klatt synthesizer voice variants (klatt, klatt2, klatt3) should now be usable, although some phonemes will need some adjustment.
